I’m Carlton, a certified personal trainer based in Wilmslow, Cheshire. With a passion for fitness and specialising in individuals over 40, I offer personalised training programs both in-person at Total Fitness Wilmslow and through flexible online coaching. I can also come to your home or your gym, the choice is yours. My approach is centred on building lean muscle, improving mobility with smarter full range of motion and controlled resistance training. My approach is centred on sustainable training techniques that prioritise joint health and reduce injury risk, like time under tension and full range of motion-a proven method to build lean muscle without excessive heavy lifting.
